Shipping Policy

Processing period varies depending on product. Generally,

Processing Time:

  • Ready-to-ship wigs: Orders for ready-to-ship wigs will typically be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Pre-order wigs: Orders for pre-order wigs require additional processing time. These wigs will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each pre-order wig meets our quality standards.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply depending on your location. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.  However, as a whole, you won't pay a fee for shipping at all.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
  • Bella Hair Collections is not liable for any delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

We send you tracking numbers immediately after items are dispatched. If you track the parcel and see it is delivered but haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for refunding orders where the tracking number shows it has been delivered to the order address. 

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES, HOWEVER IF ANY CASE IT HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED, WE'LL TRY TO REFUND YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
