Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

Orders for ready-to-ship wigs are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase.

Pre-Order Wigs

Pre-order wigs require additional production time and are typically dispatched within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. We appreciate your patience as each wig is prepared to meet our quality standards.

Shipping

United Kingdom

We offer free UK shipping on all orders.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that international customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Bella Hair Collections cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivered Parcels

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the courier directly to investigate the delivery.

Bella Hair Collections is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that are marked as successfully delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed by the courier as lost in transit, please contact us at bellahaircollections@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
